What is skyrocketsuperlove anyway? Is it a noun or an adjective? Is it some kind

We're a multi-store online mall based in Singapore. Our business is to make everyone happy! It's not a fruit.

How does the website work?

The website comprises of individual e-stores managed by their respective merchants or sellers. As long as they are operating, you can shop with any of them.

Do you guys sell anything?

Yes, some e-stores are managed by us selling consigned merchandise.

How do I know if an e-store managed by you guys?

Check the name of the store on the Store Index. If it is managed by us, it's labeled with a star.

OMG. I spot something I heart on the website!!! How do I buy it?

First, you will need to create an account. If you haven’t, what are you waiting for? Sign-up now!

To buy an item, simply make your selection and add it to cart. Then follow the instructions to check-out and make your payment. Just remember that you are paying directly to the merchant/vendor/seller using the methods you specify when checking out.

What type of payment methods do you offer?

Currently we use Paypal to facilitate all sales transactions.

I don’t have a credit card! I can’t pay with Paypal! Help!

Do you have a debit card? You can use one with Paypal.

Does the website support payment by bank transfer?

Not yet. However, some of our merchants will be happy to accommodate methods not available on our website. Please consult them for advice, if for some reasons, you can’t pay with Paypal. Also, note that if you choose to
make payment with any alternative mode of payment, you release skyrocketsuperlove from all obligations pertaining to the transaction.

I just bought a really nice dress and I WANT IT, LIKE, RIGHT NOW! Can I pick it up from the main store today?

Yes, my dear impatient one, you may -- provided that the merchant allow for self-collection. Not all merchants has a storefront and some are just very shy, so to confirm if you can visit the merchant, check their individual T&Cs.
Again if you choose to collect your purchase directly from the merchants, you release skyrocketsuperlove from all obligations pertaining to the transaction.

I wanna buy an item but it’s sold out! :( But it says it’s available for “backorder”. What does it mean?

It means you are very lucky! Merchants may re-stock items on demand. So if you are genuinely interested in an item that’s out-of-stock, click on the icon that looks like a clipboard, and submit your email to be on the wait list. You will be notifed when the item is available for a backorder.

Do the merchants ship overseas?

Check their individual T&Cs for more information.

Hi, I um 3 yaers old. Can i buuy tatt cute ppuppy on sKYrokketsappaLOve??

Erm, you’ll have to ask your mommy and daddy. Or if you have an older brother or sister who is at least 18 years old and owns a valid credit or debit card, you can ask them to buy that ppuppy for you. Anyway, we find you very cute, but we don’t think we sell ppuppies here.
